Bookings longer than 1 hour will require a 20% deposit, paid within 24 hours of the booking being made by either Paypal or Bank Transfer (details will be provided at time of booking). Any bookings that have not had a deposit paid against it after that time will be removed from the diary.
Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice must pay a new deposit to re-book.
If an appointment is moved/cancelled twice or more in a row with less than 48 hours notice, you must pay in full for your next appointment in advance which will be non-refundable if you move/cancel again with less than 48 hours notice. This applies to all bookings including those for an hour or less.
Please understand that I am not trying to make life difficult for you, I am simply trying to ensure that I can pay my bills and take care of my family. It is a fact that no shows and late cancellations are killing small businesses in the UK. Please don't make mine one of them.
